1. How do I place an order for PSP Parts / PSP Repair Services / PSP Upgrades?
You will need to create an account with PSP Repair and Parts, just
click on the 'Create Account' link displayed on the top menu bar of the website, or click on 'New Customer?' in
the Account Login box on the left hand sidebar of the website, then complete the sign up process by entering a valid email
address, your full delivery and invoice address details and choose a password. Then add the PSP repair services or PSP spare parts you require for your console to your basket by clicking the 'Buy' button on the
specific products page. Once you have completed shopping then checkout and make your payment with your chosen method.
2. How long does it take to return my repaired PSP once sent in?
Our aim is for listed repair services to be completed within a fast 3 - 7 working day time frame
excluding weekends or bank holidays. Fault finding and free diagnostic services involve a similar time frame including the repair if you give approval. If we are returning your PSP inside the UK your Sony PSP will be shipped back via the fully insured Royal
Mail Special Delivery service, and will delivered to you before 1pm on the following working
day. If in Europe, America, Asia or Australia your PSP will be shipped via DHL, FedEx or Royal Mail International Signed For Service and
will take depending on the shipping method used and exact destination between 3 and 10 working days to arive.
You will receive an email notification of the return shipment of your console.
3. How do I send my PSP to PSP Repair and Parts?
Shipping the Sony PSP is your responsibility. You should use an insured service,
inside the UK we recommend the Royal Mail Special Delivery service you can ship your PSP from your local post office using this service,
this will be cost effective and the package will be insured for a minimum of
£500.00 if lost or damaged. If in Europe, America, Asia or Australia shipping via FedEx, DHL, EMS, TNT, or you local International insured service will guarantee the console arrives with us. Please ensure you use a sturdy cardboard
box and wrap the PSP in bubble wrap this will ensure the PSP console arrives in perfect condition.

5. I am unable to find a specific PSP spare part on your website do you sell it?
All our PSP spare part inventory is listed on the website but please make contact and we will try to help with your PSP parts request.
6. Do you charge for PSP fault finding or diagnostic?
All of our in-house fault finding diagnostic services for any faulty Sony PSP are free of charge,
the only cost you can incur should you choose not to have the console repaired are those incurred
for the return shipping of the console.
7. Can I bring my PSP in for an on the spot repair.
Yes, please feel free to bring your console into at our PSP service centre and collect once ready, or you can opt for our While-You-Wait service (additional charge applies). Our opening hours are (Monday - Thursday 9.00am till 5.00pm) (Friday 9.00am till 4.30pm)
8. Will you ship PSP spare parts internationally?
Yes we do, we currently ship to over 55 countries on a regular basis. When
you create an account on the PSP Repair store it adjusts the shipping charges based
upon your chosen delivery location.
