Credit Cards / Debit Card
You can pay with any Visa Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, MasterCard Credit Card. You can
also pay by Paypal or Nochex. There is no surcharge added to
the cost of your order. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit / debit card
details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able
to read your details as they are processed by our payment gateway provider.
Look for the padlock icon in the status bar and the https:// secure section
of the address bar when you go to the check-out page.
Credit Card / Debit Card by Telephone
Please telephone us on (0116 2866447) Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (GMT), to complete your order via credit / debit card over the
telephone. We accept the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Visa Debit and Visa Delta.
Cheques / Postal Orders
You may also pay by cheque or UK postal orders if you wish. Just select the
'Cheque / Bank Transfer / PO' option when choosing how to pay for your order at the checkout page. The details on
how to pay using these methods will be sent to you via email along with your
order receipt. Please make your cheque or postal order payable to iTech Repair Ltd.
If paying via cheque please allow 3 working for your payment to clear.
Bank Transfer (BACS or CHAPS)
Direct bank transfers are also accepted. Just select the 'Cheque / Bank Transfer / PO' option when choosing how to pay for your order at the checkout page.
Once you have submitted your order, please send your bank transfer payment using our bank account details located at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
Please make sure to include your order number or full name in the reference field of your bank transfer payment. Please note bank transfers can take 2 to 4 working
days to arrive. Your order will be despatched once your bank transfer payment is received in our bank account.
Website Prices
The prices displayed on are web site are in UK £ Sterling by default but
we can also accept payment using either US Dollars or Euros. All prices displayed
are current and correct as of the May 19 2013.
Credit Card Security
We safeguard the integrity of our customers credit card information. We will only process card payments through our secure merchant accounts with Sagepay / Paypal / Nochex whom have a proven record on security of card details.
Credit and debit card details are 128 bit encrypted by the chosen payment gateway
provider (Paypal / NOCHEX / SagePay), approved by leading UK, European and Worldwide banks.
