Who are We?
PSP Repair and Parts is a trading name of iTech Repair Ltd, we are an internet based company originally founded in 2002 and have specialised in offering online mail order repair services, during our history we have repaired thousands of handheld consoles. We offer spare parts direct to you allowing you to repair and replace parts at home. We also provide a walk in repair service for any customer local to our Lecistershire based PSP service center.

Nathan - Senior Console Repair Technician
Another long serving technician with over 10 years experience, loves
the new PSP GO and old skool handheld consoles, do you remember the original
LCD Gamboy he was fixing those, so he is old! His electronics and computing
background is a great assest for the more technical problems that need
to be solved. |

Paul - Senior PSP Repair Technician
One of the companies old timers with many years of repair experience
under his belt, Paul is able to undertake board level repairs on most
devices including the PSP, from removing an IC with one of our rework
stations, to replacing broken PSP screens this is all in a days work.
When not working Paul is a keen sportsman, and golfing is high on his
list.

Sophie - Customer Service & Sales
Sophie joined us at PSP Repair over two years ago. Her keen repair service
and product knowledge give her the expert insight when assisting on the
phone, she is here to help with any PSP problem you have. Her main roles
include processing parts and repair orders, managing telephone sales,
order packing and despatch.

Jo - PSP Console Repair Technician
Jo is our specialist PSP technician. She has a very logical mind used
for solving hard to find faults on the Sony PSP. Software or hardware
faults with the PSP she can deal with them all. From a UMD drive repair
to a complete PSP refurbish service, she is here to help you.

Is a keen number cruncher, this helps when you are in charge of the accounts,
invoicing and book keeping. When not supporting us all at PSP Repair she
can be found at home baking bread, and adopting kittens.
